One Shot Glass - Hand Made From a fired 30mm Arden Cannon Casing.

This casing was fired from a 30mm Arden Cannon as fitted in the majority of post WW2 military aircraft in the Royal Airforce. The case has been cut down to give a generous 25ml measure of your favourite shot.

Unlike most of these brass shot glasses sold, the original flash hole leading from the primer pocket to the main casing on my product has been blocked off with a solid brass plug. This is due to the original primers leaving traces of dangerous chemicals even after being fired.

This case has been laquered to preserve its appearance. As with any solid brass item, this finish will gradually wear over time. When this happens, it can simply be re-laquered, kept shiny with an occasional rub with any polish, or as I prefer; left with a slight tarnish to enhance its authenticity.

Condition is New. Please note that this is a fired cannon casing and therefore has makings consummate with that. The mark on the base is on all Arden casings.
